Notes

Why Spleen Cocktail or Ogg Juice?
When the Spleen has to work extra hard (using more Qi than it produces) to transform food, it becomes tired. This leads to sluggish digestion, resulting in poor circulation, nutrient absorption, and energy/blood production. This often leads to:
  • Chronic bloating
  • Indigestion (feeling like food “just sits” there)
  • Loose stools
  • Poor appetite
  • Muscle weakness and soreness
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Brain fog
  • Nutrient deficiencies
  • A pale tongue with teeth marks on the edges
When the Spleen is weakened for too long, it can’t produce the Qi and Blood needed to fuel the body. This malnourishment can lead to:
  • Blood Deficiency (anemia)
  • Accumulation of Dampness (inflammation)
  • Negative effects on the mind and spirit
By understanding these symptoms and addressing the underlying causes, you can support your Spleen’s health and improve overall well-being.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Spleen is associated with the Earth element and the color orange. Seasonal root vegetables like sweet potato, butternut squash, and pumpkin are perfect for Fall and promote easy digestion. Try preparing them roasted on a sheet pan with some olive oil and your favorite seasonings. This not only enhances flavor but also supports your Spleen’s health and overall digestion.Oranges make perfect sense as they are rich in vitamin C as well needed for the immune system and for proper copper root cause protocol  which is the buffer between oxygen and redox iron in the body, simply our defence against inflammation.
Inside the vitamin C complex lies a crucial enzyme called tyrosinase, which is shaped like a three-sided pyramid with copper at each point. This enzyme helps deliver copper to the body, making it essential in its natural form. This is why obtaining vitamin C from food sources is so important!
Natural vitamin C, with its tyrosinase and copper, plays a vital role in your health. This approach to healing may conflict with conventional beliefs, but it taps into a parallel universe of natural wellness. Embrace food-based vitamin C for its true, intended benefits!
Raw Eggs: A rich source of high-quality protein, vitamins like B12 and riboflavin, and minerals such as selenium and phosphorus.
Orange Juice: Packed with vitamin C, potassium, and antioxidants.

Benefits of Combining Raw Egg and Orange Juice

1. Protein and Vitamin Boost: The protein in raw eggs complements the vitamin C in orange juice, aiding in muscle repair and boosting the immune system.
2. Enhanced Absorption: Vitamin C from the orange juice enhances the body’s ability to absorb iron from the egg.
3. Natural Energy Source: This combo provides a quick, natural energy boost, perfect for breakfast or pre-workout.
