  • 1 Orange Juicer
  • 1 blender optional

Ingredients
  

  • 3 raw eggs pastured eggs, organic, free range are the best make sure they are farm fresh
  • 2 Organic oranges organic are best, if not ensure the oranges have seeds, easy peelers are a non-no as these are certainly GMO
  • 3 Ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartare (for pottasium)

Instructions
 

  • Squeeze the Juice: Juice the oranges until you have about one cup of fresh juice.
  • Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the fresh orange juice, pasteurized raw egg, honey or sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix Until Smooth: Blend the mixture on high speed until it becomes frothy and well-combined, about 30 seconds.
  • Serve Chilled: Pour the juice into a glass, add a few ice cubes if desired, and enjoy immediately for the best taste.
